AFC-1000 Flight Control System for Small UAV

Small UAV flight control system is a compact and reliable flight control system designed for 20 ~ 50kg small UAV system. The flight control system has the functions of attitude and position calculation, flight control, navigation control, mission planning management and mission equipment control.

The flight control system has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, low cost and low power consumption. At the same time, it also has the advantages of high-precision command response, accurate control signal transmission, multi application platform and so on.

Main functions
Attitude and position calculation function: MEMS sensor, dynamic and static pressure sensor, magnetic sensor and GPS module are installed in the flight control computer, which can realize the real-time calculation of aircraft airspeed, altitude, attitude and position information, and provide navigation and attitude parameters for aircraft flight control.

Flight control and management function: the flight control computer has 12 channels of PWM signal output, 4 channels of PWM signal input, 8 channels of analog signal input, 2 channels of analog signal output and 1 channel of CAN bus, which can realize the operation of multiple actuating equipment.

Navigation control and mission planning function: the flight control computer can store several pre planned routes, and multiple range points can be set for each route. The flight control computer executes the navigation control algorithm to control the aircraft to fly and operate according to the pre planned route.

Mission management function: the flight control computer has two channels of RS232 communication, two channels of RS422 communication, four channels of I / O input and four channels of I / O output, and one channel of 10 / 100Mbps Ethernet network. It can communicate with various types of mission equipment to realize the control and status monitoring of mission equipment.
