Adjustable Brightness 640 VGA LWIR Thermal Camera Core Horizontal Mirroring

SC-CLS6 series is 640 VGA shutterless LWIR core features in that it adopts algorithm simulated "silent shutter" to accomplish the NUC (non-uniformity Correction) process, which is necessary to keep the sensor uniformity during usage. The shutterless technology not only keeps lower power consumption, but also avoids any noises and "frozen" of image at the events from mechanical shuttering. It is applicable to different scenarios, such as handheld, drone (UAV)… thermal imaging devices. Thanks to our patented NUC technology, there is almost no requirements to our customer to do a 2^nd time calibration during the camera life-span.

The Crius 640 (formerly IrLugX640) VGA thermal camera module has a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels with a pitch of 12 µm. The HD sensor consists of a series of uncooled microbolometers developed by Lynred. The Crius 640 is extremely small at 30 x 30 x 30 mm3, weighs <40g, consumes less than 0.9W and is designed for easy integration into subsystems. Featuring a standard USB3.0 interface and RAW 16-bit video streaming, the Crius 640 is the perfect plug-and-play solution for embedded systems. Interfacing with the host controller is simple thanks to a comprehensive SDK that provides configuration, control and processing (BPR, UC, image enhancement, AGC) support.
It leverages the FLIR infrared video processing architecture to enable advanced image processing and multiple industry-standard communication interfaces while maintaining low power consumption.
It features a 12 µm pitch vanadium oxide (VOx) uncooled detector with a resolution of 320 x 256 and multiple lens configurations, adding flexibility to the integration program.
